D2 Survivors classes
I opened the official wiki index and each class page it links, plus Blizzard's Reign of the Warlock article. The wiki lists Amazon, Assassin, Barbarian, Druid, Necromancer, Paladin, and Sorceress. Warlock is the new Diablo II: Resurrected class in that Blizzard article. It is not on the D2 Survivors skill index.
The seven
Each class has three trees. Signature notes below are from that class's official skill page. Follow the link for the trees in full.

How a run actually uses a class
You do not cast from a hotbar the way Diablo II does. You walk. The skills you drafted fire on their own. The first hand is one level-1 card from each tree, and you keep one. Later cards, evolutions, and the Akara re-draft are on the skills page.
A second site, d2survivors.org, suggests the Barbarian for a first hero. That is their opinion, not a line on the official wiki. I am leaving it as one site's advice.
Questions and answers
Is there a Warlock?
Not in D2 Survivors. Blizzard added the Warlock to Diablo II: Resurrected in Reign of the Warlock. The official skill index for this game lists the original seven only.
Are any classes locked?
No. The homepage and the class pages present all seven from the start.
Does a higher Terror multiplier mean the class is stronger?
No. The Terror page describes those multipliers as a way to pull other classes toward the Amazon's clear speed. Amazon has no bonus and is the baseline.
