Endgame: Terror, Hardcore, and the ladder
I read the Terror, Hardcore, and leaderboard pages as three different systems that share a menu. Terror is a timed floor. Hardcore is a separate life. The ladder is a submission, and it has no account. Mixing them is how people end up thinking a Hardcore death is a softcore floor drop. It is not. A Terror timeout on Hardcore does not kill the hero. A death does, and it takes the hero, the gear, the gold, and the floor.
Affixes, Hardcore, and what you submit
Each affix adds 25% magic find, 10% experience, and 25% gold. From tier 6 every monster has affixes. Bosses do not. One cow tier shows up on 1 in 12 offers.

Hardcore and the board
Hardcore is one life, its own save, and its own ladder. Charsi does not sell a resurrect. The graveyard holds 12. Titles on that page are Destroyer, Conqueror, and Guardian. A ladder row stores your best time per class: Baal's clock on Normal, Nightmare, and Hell, and floor time on Terror. Each board keeps at most 100 rows. A submission can include the build, gear, skills, mercenary, charms, kills, damage, platform, and language.
Questions and answers
How do I unlock Terror?
Kill Hell Baal. Each entry offers three acts. You fight one act for up to ten minutes: nine waves and a boss on the tenth.
What is a fast clear worth?
Under 3:30 skips three floors. Under 5:00 skips two. Death or a timeout drops one floor and removes 10% of your current level's experience. The highest floor you have reached does not drop. You can replay a cleared floor.
Does the ladder need an account?
No. You can turn off sending runs. Edited saves, automated runs, and development-page runs are refused.
